Ear cuffs are a stylish and flexible way to add something special to your look.
They’re timeless, meaningful, and great for anyone, especially if you don’t have pierced ears.
To help you find the perfect fit, here’s a simple guide on how to measure your ear and wear your earcuff properly.
Measuring Your Ear
All SNSS earcuffs are made from bendable steel wire, providing a comfortable and secure fit. However, measuring your ear is still a good idea to ensure it’s just right.
1. Choose Where to Wear It
Most people wear their ear cuff just above the earlobe, around the middle of the ear. SNSS earcuffs are designed for this spot.
2. Measure the Area
- With measuring tape: Wrap it gently around the part of your ear where the cuff will go. Write down the measurement in centimetres.
- With string: No tape? Use a piece of string instead. Wrap it around the spot, mark it, then measure it with a ruler.
3. Check the Sizing Guide
SNSS earcuffs come in a standard size of 4 cm, with an extra 0.5 cm added for comfort. Here's a quick guide:
- Small ears – around 3 cm
- Medium ears – around 4 cm
- Large ears – around 5 cm
If your size is different, choose “custom size” at checkout and write your measurement in the note box.

How to Put On Your Earcuff
If you’ve never worn an ear cuff before, don’t worry—it just takes a little practice.
- Hold the earcuff with both hands, one on each end.
- Find the spot on your ear where the cuff will sit.
- Place one side of the cuff in front of the ear and the other behind it, around the cartilage.
- Gently squeeze the ends together, pushing them towards your ear until the cuff feels snug.
- Press the ends so they touch the ear. You might feel a bit of pressure—that’s normal and helps keep it in place.
If it doesn’t sit right the first time, remove it and adjust the shape slightly. You can also ask a friend to help.

Taking Care of Your Earcuff
To keep your earcuff looking its best:
- Avoid spraying it with perfume or hairspray.
- Please keep it away from salty or chlorinated water.
- Be careful when wearing hats, scarves, or turtlenecks—they can knock it loose. Always check your ear cuff when changing clothes.
