Return and refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please get in touch with us before the 14-day period has expired at info@stonesandstuffstockholm.com. We will then provide you with a return form and detailed instructions.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You must include a receipt or digital proof of purchase.
  • The return must be notified and accepted before the item is sent back.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@stonesandstuffstockholm.com with photos and order details so we can assess the issue and correct it.

If the problem is confirmed, Stones and Stuff Stockholm will cover the shipping costs for returning or replacing the item.


4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders, created or modified according to your wishes,
  • Sale or discounted items,
  • Gift cards.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email info@stonesandstuffstockholm.com to reserve the new product.
Then return your original item according to our return instructions. Once the return is received and approved, place a new purchase for the reserved item.


6. Refunds

When your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@stonesandstuffstockholm.com.
